Is there a limit on the number of candidates I can receive?

Every plan we offer allows you to receive unlimited applications to your job postings.

Is there a contract involved?

No. Pay month-to-month or annually. If you decide to cancel, your account will stay open through the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be billed again.

How can I pay for ApplicantPlus.com?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. For your convenience, all month-to-month plans will be enrolled in auto-pay and will be billed each month. Invoicing is available for multi-month plans. Contact us to request invoicing.

Can I change plans at any time?

To move between plans, simply click on the "Account" tab to review your options. Your credit card on file will then be charged the prorated difference for that month.

What happens if I downgrade my plan?

Once the term of your current plan ends, your oldest jobs (over the allowed count) will automatically be removed from job boards.

When can I cancel?

You can cancel your month-to-month plan at any time. Simply click on the “Account” tab to review your options. Twelve-month plans must be cancelled within the first 30 days of activation to receive a full refund.
